WIRE Group is comprised of two aligned businesses: a fund management business and a real estate development services business. South/SouthEast Asia’s ascension to the world stage has attracted an increasing flow of Multi-National Companies (MNC) and Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) placing increasing demands on countries infrastructure and existing built environment. WIRE was formed to meet the demand for institutional grade real estate in India, in particular, by combining a unique set of in-house development and construction skills with that of global partners. WIRE’s mission is to create world class working and living environments, combining the best applicable international design and construction management standards with local delivery capability ushering in some of India’s first institutional grade real estate.

WIRE Commercial Partners Limited was created to focus on the commercial office development and asset management opportunity in India. WIRE Commercial Partners will be responsible for day-to-day management of developments, which includes: sourcing suitable opportunities, development services through its subsidiary, arranging project finance, marketing and letting.

WIRE Developers Private Limited will provide development services to the SPV’s established in India by Investors.
